In the process of conducting the business, both online and face-to-face, BeingInTransformation must collect information about our students, clients, customers and website visitors ("clients").

We are committed to protecting our clients privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about our clients lawfully.

We will never disclose personally identifyable information we collect about our clients to any other businesses for marketing, research or any other reason without prior explicit consent of the affected clients, except in the case of online payments made by the PayPal^TM online credit card payment processing system where contact name and address information and payment amounts are passed to their site's servers for payment processing. Clients are in control of their details at all times. Even this transaction is never done without that client's initiating it (by clicking on a "Pay Now" PayPal^TM button or other link which clearly takes the website visitor to the PayPal online payments portal.)

We collect information about our clients for 2 reasons: firstly, to process orders and payments and second, to provide them with the best and most complete possible service, including creating and maintaining the online community and informing clients of upcoming trainings in their parts of the world.

We will give our clients the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. Simply click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email, or contact us directly, to ask to be removed from our database. (You will no longer be able to access the community features of beingintransformation.com if you do this!)

The type of information we will collect about our clients may include any or all of the following:

• clients' contact name
• postal address (optional)
• phone number (optional)
• email address

We will never collect sensitive information about our clients without their explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date as far as possible. Clients can check the information that we hold about them by logging into this site or by emailing, phoning or writing to us. Any inaccuracies we are alerted to will be deleted or corrected promptly. If you take the first option (logging in), you can manage yor personal information yourself.

We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This may include using a "cookie" which is temporarily stored on clients' browsers, the cookie is deleted when clients leave the site or "log out".

Clients can usually modify their browser to prevent cookies being left (however this may impair the useability of our site for little security enhancement). The information collected in this way can be used to identify clients if they have "logged in" with an account name and password, however this is only used for the purposes stated above, plus some limited tracking of web traffic flow to help us create better sites (data is compiled without personally identifying tags).
